Sports-library.com is the first user-driven, dedicated, sports information site based on the popular MediaWiki software. We compile not only detailed histories of the teams and players of all sports teams at both the professional and amateur level, but we hope to "go deeper" by adding the histories of specific, memorable games and events. And you can contribute.

Sports-Library is user driven. Just create an ID and start entering what you remember about any of your favorite sports memories. Want to add to an exiting entry? Just click, "edit this page" and increase the base of knowledge. If an event or person is missing, just create the entry yourself. All information here is public domain and is covered by the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL).

Beyond just being a repository for sports history, facts and trivia, Sports-library.com will also be portal to all sports in your local area. Just like in your home town, Sports-Library.com has local branches to keep you updated on the things most important to you.

We are in the process of opening new branches all the time. Currently, the Chicago Branch is open for reading and contributions. You are invited to contribute.

This is the place where the fans can record and track the history of their favorite teams be they professional, semi-pro, collegiate, or high school.
